Fall into Butternut Squash

Itís that time of the year where squash is in abundance. And what better to do with it than make a delicious soup? Here are the ingredients to get you started: 1 Whole Butternut Squash (5 lb) 1 Onion 2-3 Carrots 3 Garlic Cloves ľ lb Butter 1 tsp Turmeric 1 tsp Dry Thyme 3 Chicken Bouillon Cubes Set the oven to 350 degrees Start by washing the squash and poking holes in it with a fork.
