Looking to switch it up a little for Thanksgiving this year? Make this savory acorn and beet salad, add color and flavor to the menu. Fall into Butternut Squash

Itís that time of the year where squash is in abundance. And what better to do with it than make a delicious soup? Here are the ingredients to get you started: 1 Whole Butternut Squash (5 lb) 1 Onion 2-3 Carrots 3 Garlic Cloves ľ lb Butter 1 tsp Turmeric 1 tsp Dry Thyme 3 Chicken Bouillon Cubes Set the oven to 350 degrees Start by washing the squash and poking holes in it with a fork.
